Narvarte taco stand famous since 1965 for tacos topped with cochinada, crisped scraps and juices from the griddle. Opened by Don Beto in 1965, this Narvarte institution built its reputation on cochinada -- the crisped meat scraps and rendered juices skimmed off the plancha and piled onto tacos of pastor, chicharron, suadero, longaniza and bistec. Service starts at 7pm and runs late, drawing a steady crowd of regulars who order theirs "con cochi."
